GrandPTC.info is an Aurora site that launched in March 11, 2009. Site pays users to click, to read, signup (ptsu), and to promote. Though earning average would be very slow and it will take much time before being able to cashout, especially if you don't have any active direct refferals.
This site is paying and no issues have been reported about yet. Site will be added to the Legit List and not the Elite List, due to the average earnings and the cashout wait time that seems to be too long compared to the small amount of money you will receive.
I would recommend those thinking of joining to fully test the site before making any kind of investment or upgrade.

lot of work to earn and you will spend a lot of time clicking a lot of ads. Some
may find the earnings for the work done is not worth their time.
2 - Self-Sponsored Ads?: Many of the ads appear to be self=sponsored. Which means the site is paying out of pocket for those ads. It can run a site into debt if they can't handle paying out of pocket for such ads.
