SuperPay.me is a GPT site that has been online and paying since May 15, 2012. At superpay, you can earn cash from completing offers, tasks, surveys, games, and clicking PTC ads. Offer walls include TrialPay, SuperSonicAds, CrowdFlower Tasks, PeanutLabs, TokenAds, PointClickTrack, RadiumOne, PaymentWall, SuperRewards, Matomy, OfferWalls, & Virool. recently added offertoro, person.ly and wannads. Superpay users will receive 25% of everything their referrals earn for life.
For some reasons, Superpay will remain in the legit list for more time before adding it to the elite list provided it continued payments without major problems.
WARNING: I would advise against using CrowdFlower tasks on this site. Many complaints are coming in about this network and how they are suspending members for cheating with the tasks. Completing tasks too fast could mimic as if you are using a bot. So fair warning if you are thinking of doing tasks on this site. Also be sure you are not using a proxy. If you know your IP gives sites problems or issues, then you could be banned for proxy abuse.

2 - Whois private : Hidden ownership in site registration is not a indicator of a scam, however having the whois hidden can make people doubtful about a site legitimacy. Some owners will opt to have their
info hidden for privacy and security reasons. Which is within their rights to do so, but it is also within people's rights to be doubtful of sites that hide such info. Especially those that take in money from upgrades and purchases.
2 - Too many sites : This site is part of a large network. Currently there are 3 sites total that this owner is responsible for.
3 - CrowdFlower & Accounts Banned : Complaints within this network are mainly about accounts being banned. Either for proxy or completing CrowdFlower tasks too fast. If users are suspected of cheating they are required to prove that they completed the task. Which many do not think they will have to give screen shots or proof of jobs completed and hard for them to prove they have completed the tasks.

I have been with Superpay.me for around 7 months or so and I will say that it is truly legit even though there are occasionally issues that may arise.
Cons- don't even bother messing with CrowdFlower offers as stated in this review.
Your account might get suspended for no reason and I have had this happen during my second month. It will take them 4 to 6 weeks to review your account and to get it active again. ( workaround is to scroll to the bottom of the page and just join one of their other sites until its resolved ). No Rules against it in the TOS.
Some surveys will disqualify after about 75% completion. After a few times you can tell which ones will drop you and you learn to avoid them. I might still get dropped out of 1 in every 20 or so Surveys.
Pros-
The Paid Daily Surveys is where I spend most of my time. All the survey options have a star rating and a clear amount of what you will be paid.
Some of the highest payments I've seen on a site. I usually tend to stick to the .60c to .90c surveys since they have the highest star ratings. and I can usually complete them within 15 to 20 mins.
They have a wide variety of other options to make money through offers, but I tend to stay away from them.
Fastest payout to paypal and only 1$ to withdraw. I don't believe I have ever had to wait more than maybe 3 hours to receive payment. ( Personal Tip - cash out often when you hit $2 or $3 bucks - That way if there is an issue you wont be sitting on a $40 or $50 dollar balance ).
Overall If you want to make some extra money this site does what it says it will do. Just don't expect to get rich quick because it's not going to happen. I think I average about 12$ to 15$ a day when I work at it.
