After 19 years and 3 months of operation, I have sad news.
We have decided to close Hits4Pay site. This decision was not easy to make, as it took months of looking for alternative means to keep the site live.
Why are we closing?
The simple answer is, the PTC model is not a model of advertising appreciated by advertisers anymore.
Hits4Pay is an advertising site and if advertisers are not happy with the results they get, they stop spending. This is what happened in this case.
If we do not have happy customers, there is no point in running a business.
I am grateful to all members who stuck by us all these years, and I am sorry to announce this unfortunate news.
In the coming months, we will be settling out accounts that are due payments.

At Hits4pay you can earn some extra cash by reading commercial emails . Every time a advertiser has put up a ad for you to view, Hits4Pay will email you and let you know that there is an ad waiting for you.
The ads does not go to your email address. Only an alert is sent to your email address.
However we highly recommend logging in every day and checking to see if an email is waiting for you. Sometimes the alert does not go out.
You will not get rich at hits4pay, but it is something you can do to earn a little cash on the side. Without referrals it will take some time to cashout. If you are a person who can gain a lot of referrals (without spamming) then this site might be great earning site for you.
Here are the Pros of Hits4pay:
1 - Paying.
2 - Established: Online and paying since 2001. A great achievement for any site.
3 - All Countries Accepted: There are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site. However chances to earn more may differ.
4 - Unlimited direct referrals: There are no limits on how many referrals you can have. Great for promoters and those who can refer a lot of people.
5 - $5 sign up bonus: While the minimum cashout is high, they do give you a nice signup

Concerns & Criticisms
Past Payment Delays & Selective Payments.
The main reason why they are now on the Legit List and not on the Elite List. If you look above you will see that we were recently paid. So you might be confused as to why they were downgraded. The problems is that not everyone was getting paid on time in September of 2012. While they were paying on time with DealsNCash and AdClickMedia , they were not paying on time with Hits4Pay. Might be due to the larger member base and they are getting further behind on payments with this site due to low ad sales. I have contacted them before about this, and they did admit they are behind on payments, but that was when I questioned them for making payments on a Net 45 instead of Net 15. Then they are getting close to a making payments over 60 days, which in our view is not good since the site was getting further and further behind on payments.
Not Enough Ads
The biggest complaint I receive about this site is how there is not enough ads. Note that this site only sends out ads that are purchased by advertisers. So if you are expecting daily ads, then this site might not be for you. Many from different locations will find it hard to earn and use this site since ad counts will be lower for some locations. During low peak times, there may be little to no ads for weeks, or months. At least that is what some have told us. I personally am not experiencing such and have ads almost daily. However there has been a drop in the number of ads for the past 5 months or so. I was averaging around 12 ads a day, but now I might get around 3. If you are getting no ads and you are outside the USA, then try to change your "interests". If that does not work, then the site is not getting any ads for your location at this time. Note that you can refer others and earn from those who do have ads.

Ive been researching paid survey and paid-to-read sites the last few days because im picky/wont be scammed etc,and ive decided to join Hits4pay,Swagbucks,Amazon M. Turk and a few others.Beause im going to be doing alot of activities on these sites/make as much money as possible,I don't want to join without putting someone as my referrer.That's where the problem is,I have been searching,googling all ways I can think of,to find a person's link to put as my referrer,and browsing YouTube videos...I have come across a few links to scammers referring but id rather share my points with someone doing it legit.If anyone wants to put their referral link up for any of the sites listed above,I'll use the 1st one to go up.Thank you!
